I had the most wonderful weekend here for a school trip. The front desk Lady, Miss. JoJo I believe was her name was very kind in helping me print out my items. The staff are all very patient and the cleaner who got us towels was very nice! Would stay here again. Shout out to the night staff who got us all checked in! Thank you Embassy Hot Springs.

I've been a guest at the Hot Springs location for over 10 years. From the made-to-order omelets during breakfast to the fine dining at the restaurant, the food is always amazing. The location provides minutes access to histirical landmarks, shopping, the races and Lake Hamilton. Check-in is met with a smile and courtesy, even when it is busy and chaotic. Thanks for making my birthday weekend memorable.

15 min. walk from everything downtown Hot Springs. $10/day to self park at the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms with modern decor. Breakfast is what you'd expect for a chain hotel, they weren't out of anything and the hot food was hot which was nice! Our dog traveled with us and enjoyed the space as well! There's a large grassy, unfenced lot next to the parking lot that's a designated pet relief area which we appreciated! Service would've been 5 stars if there weren't repeated encounters with customer service staff who seemed annoyed with performing the tasks of their job. It gets old when different staff members verbally confirm that ringing us up for a simple purchase or asking a question about our reservation is, just kinda not what they feel like doing at the moment. To be fair we've both worked in the service industry and totally understand that it can be a grind. And there were a lot of people getting lit up at the bar and that can be so exhasuting to work with. That being said, all of the staff cleaning and replenishing were super kind and friendly!

Pros: breakfast included and better than your normal free breakfast
A nice lady will cook you up some eggs to order.
Billy at the front desk is welcoming and funny.
The managers happy hour thing is OK, one drink and snacks, ends at 6:30 pm.
Water is hot out of the faucet/shower
Beds are super comfy.
Cons: parking is limited and you have to pay for unsecured parking.
The rooms have been rehabbed and look good, the bathroom in my room should have been re-spackled and sanded before painting so it looks sloppy.
