I want to start with a few shout outs to Billy at the front desk, Rachael and Parrick at bar, Krissy at the omelet station and the rest of the staff. Thank you all for being exceptionally courteous.
Love this Hilton location.
Walking distance to some restaurants and the Copper Penny.
Keep up the great work. See you again in a few months.

I really enjoyed my time at Embassy Suites Hot Springs. Anna at the front desk was Great and very professional despite being full during check in. We had a maintenance issue and the tech responded very quick and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. (Especially on a Sunday morning) Didn't get his name but was also very professional. Patrick at the evening reception was also Great. Overall my stay has been great. The renovations is very nice and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good but the omelet guy seemed to be very overwhelmed. I understand on Sunday, since the whole hotel was full but the next two days he still seemed overwhelmed and a bit lackluster.

The hotel is absolutely phenomenal. I have not had a chance to walk around the area yet, but it's a 9-floor facility. The staff are second to none. Extremely cordial and very polite. Of course I have not had a chance to try the happy hour due to the fact that I work midnights and when I got here I was exhausted. I will try that tonight and let you know. But overall it's extremely quiet. Very peaceful. The beds are extremely comfortable. I have the tube King. I'm sorry. Two queen rooms and it's extremely nice. The hot water's sufficient could have a little more water pressure, but overall you can't go wrong. The breakfast was superb and I can't wait to send you photos of the room now

Really good service at the front desk from Billy. Nice rooms if a little dated, large lobby, free drinks at happy hour, and a free breakfast. The room had kinda small and lumpy pillows and a really loud AC unit, so loud we had to turn it off at night. The free food isn't groundbreaking or anything, but they had fruit, yogurt, and wheat bread which was appreciated. Given the location and price of the other hotels in the area, its probably one of the best deals if you want to be close to downtown HS.

Positives:
- front desk staff was on point & very polite!
- omelette guy at breakfast killed it with speed & great omelettes!
Negatives:
- no bedding for the pullout sofa.
- no parking at the hotel. Had to park off-site. They are supposed to charge to park but they didn't because people not staying at the hotel would park there. Easy fix would be to hand out parking passes to guests & tow vehicles without parking passes!
- Went to breakfast buffet early as advised by the front desk & they still had a hard time keeping it stocked with dishes and food.
- housecleaning- we specifically requested housecleaning after our 2nd night. They only cleared trash & changed out towels. Told front desk, they apologized and had them come back. Next visit they half-assed made the bed but didn't make any effort to wipe any counters down in the bathroom or kitchenette. Didn't refill the shower gel either.
