We always stay at this hotel when we come to Hot Springs because of its location to Downtown access and being able to walk to our favorite restaurant (Brickhouse Grill), the connection via skywalk to the convention center, and the indoor pool which is nice during the winter stays (I just wish they had a hot tub!). The remodel looks really nice but the first room we were in seemed to be a hodpodge of new and old and there was a takeover of ladybugs, not sure if they were coming into a vent or what, but we asked to move rooms and were accommodated with no issue and the new room was much better. The front desk staff is all so wonderful but do want to give a special shout out to Jasmine who my sons had some dealings with as they visited the snack station and they both said she was so nice to them! They both talked about her several times throughout our trip so she really made an impression with her kindness towards them!

The room was nice and spacious. No weird smells or noises. It was quiet. The bathroom lacked a fan and the toilet had some weird metal thing stuck to it and it might have been cracked too, luckily nothing happened during my stay. The beds were OK but a little wobbly. The breakfast was also fine but nothing special. Parking in front of the hotel is $10 and free across the street.

Our stay was wonderful! We went for an Elvis Festival in October. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was perfect, no complaints. Billy was amazing, courteous, professional and full of information. The hotel was connected to the center where the festival was being held so did not have to step outside in the rain. They did offer shuttle service. The bartender was overwhelmed during happy hour. At times there was only one bartender. Some patrons were extremely rude even though they were getting free drinks. We would definitely stay there again.

I paid for a single night hotel stay through Priceline and have never had an issue with them until tonight. We paid for a 2 queen bed suite but was given a 1 bed suite. Anna the front desk manager stated that she does not have to guarantee us what we paid for because we used a third party. I asked could she show us where that is written. She could not. She only stated that they are sold out for the night and we need to contact the phone number of the third party. No resolution offered. Simply that they don’t have to honor what we paid for because it was third party. Pretty much had the attitude that we needed to take the room that was offered. I asked if she could at least charge us for the lesser room directed me back to Priceline and left the front desk area. When we called Priceline and they stated they would be calling the manager on duty, we notified Anna that they would be calling. While Priceline was on hold with the hotel, Anna came out of the back, said something to her two employees, and left the building for the night. This is a completely unacceptable practice. When you pay for a hotel—specifically paying for a higher priced room—it should be able to guaranteed. They should not oversell the rooms and bump someone from their room which has been paid for. I am also a Hilton member so I find this very disappointing. Railey who is a front desk clerk and Hal eventually worked hard to get us take care of. It took almost two hours. We were finally in our room after midnight.

Rooms are great. Receptionists we're great. The problem is really the cleaning staff.. we got into our room and there's pubic hair and stains all over the bathroom... Additionally,
The next morning for breakfast, we walk down and there's no coffee, both coffee stations are empty. And the front coffee station doesn't even work... Last I checked, embassy suites by Hilton was positioned as a high-end hotel catering to business clients, coffee is very important to business clients then and now ... Additionally, now dogs are welcome, service trained or otherwise... And I am forced to deal with non-disciplined poor behaved animals roaming around regardless of anyone's allergies or phobias... Since when did all of these hotels start allowing random animals to stay? It's disgusting and unsanitary.
