You must walk to a separate building for breakfast. Parking is tight. Right across the street from Oaklawn racing & casino. Our room was next to a breezeway which was loud when late partiers were returning. Good overnight lighting and they accept small dogs. Will definitely stay here again. Four stars due to aging facilities.
