We stay at BW Winner's Circle every year and get the same quality and service year after year. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone there is so friendly and happy to be there... See ya next year.
- LLLambJan 28, 20265.0Rooms were very well taken care of. Right across the road from oaklawn casino. There are many restaurants close to hotel. The staff are very respectful, helpful and supportive of the many needs of a weary traveler. Definitely would recommend to a friend!
- SHSara HooperJan 27, 20261.0if they had new people that were checking people in the front desk service sucks you can't get your commode plunged or anything and they offered to give me a plunger myself to do it which I did but did not succeed finally maintenance came and they were awesome and helped and was really polite but the girl at the office was terrible worst experience ever so be cautious as to where you choose to say but a special thank you to Jen and the other lady that was part of maintenance that helped me had it not been for them we would have sit around here not being able to use it even their toilet here! in front desk did not care at all!!!! so very poor customer service!!! My 11-year-old could not even go to the bathroom and had to go because the front desk was not timely or even helped with the issue!!!
- NNNoreen NewtonJan 26, 20265.0Big shout out to staff for helping us out when another local hotel (Microtel) dropped a no locals policy on us the day of our reservation. We were attending a comedy show at the casino. We made the reservation at least 10 days in advance and received a text the morning of our reservation cancelling due to our address being in Garland county. I've never heard of such a thing. Staff at the Winners Circle took our reservation without hesitation after we explained what had happened to us. This will be our go to hotel from now on. We already have 2 more reservations and will continue to stay here when we are attending concerts and shows at Oaklawn. Thank you again to staff for taking such good care of us.
