  We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience pleasant from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with no dust or unpleasant odors. The staff clearly takes great care of the property. Each room came equipped with a kitchenette, complete with a large refrigerator, stove, plates, and silverware. While there was no breakfast included, there was a coffee machine available. However, the coffee was quite sour to my taste. Conveniently, there are a few cafes and a large grocery store within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. These amenities made it easy for us to explore the area and grab a bite to eat or some groceries. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

  I was very pleased at my stay here at Candlewood Suites in Hot Springs. I always love how convenient and beneficial it is to stay at a Candlewood Suites. There are many perks! Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Jordan was extremely helpful to me during my stay! She was very friendly and sweet! She made the process smooth and efficient by extending my stay for another night. She also took the time to share all the benefits of becoming an IHG loyalty member.❤️

  Stayed here for almost 2 weeks for a work trip and all staff were exceptional. They were friendly and happy to provide extra amenities our group needed for rooms, able to address any issues that came up (all minor), and smoothly adjusted our stays due to changing schedules. Jason made an effort to remember names and greet us when we came in each evening, and other front desk staff had our reservation details memorized or easily available for making adjustments as needed. The rooms and facilities were clean and well kept, and we appreciated having kitchens and a grill for making meals. We look forward to staying again!

  The wife and I stayed at this hotel at a beginning of a week. We have never stayed in this chain before. We haven't been to Hot Springs in 30 years. We left before the weekend to beat the weekend crowd, especially the horse racing and casino crowd. We were greeted by a staff member Raven. She was very helpful and made us welcomed at their hotel. The hotel look pretty nice after some renovations were made. The room she give us was very nice and clean. Two queen beds and a chair to seat.A desk and a small kitchen with stove, DW, and refrigerator with room to move around. Plates, bowls utensils,and pots and pans were provided. The bathroom was nice and clean and bathing products were provided too. This place is on the main drag of Hot Springs Hwy 7 also known as Central Ave. 4 miles south is the lake and 3 miles to downtown and mile from the casino and racetrack. Don't know if we will make it back but if we do I will stay here again

  I cannot even put into words how thankful I am for this hotel staff as a whole. I got home on Thursday after a long day at work to half of my lights working. Entergy came by and when they opened our circuit box it exploded. They asked us to vacant the premises until we could get an electrician over to redo the box and wiring. I called every hotel in town for close to two hours. No one would take us in because they don’t rent to locals even in emergency situations. Not only did Jason get us a room he waived the extra fees, knowing we were about to go broke with the new wiring for our house. He also told my kids they could have all the popcorn they wanted. The next day the women on staff were just equally amazing. They took the time to learn each of my kids by name, and told them they could help them selves to snacks in their pantry if they wanted. Poor young lady working the front desk even let me trauma dump on her about my situation. I felt like I was in survival mode and they just made everything so seamless. Also forgot to mention that it was Easter weekend and our youngest is due to have surgery this coming Monday at 5am. Spent an amazing Easter morning with our family at the hotel, opening baskets, eating candy and playing games. Then got the wonderful phone call that our home is ready for us. I am so so so so beyond grateful to have people like this in our community. Welling to help and go above and beyond without hesitation. I will never forget them. I hope they know just how much it meant to me. They made my kids feel like they were on a mini vacation in a very stressful time. This is without a doubt the best hotel we have in town, and we are lucky to have it. Thank you guys from every inch of my being.
