    Dear Management, I recently stayed at your hotel on Saturday, March 14, 2026, and I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. First, I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by your staff. The team members I encountered were courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. Their hospitality is truly appreciated. However, I did experience some concerns regarding cleanliness and odors in the building. While walking down the first-floor hallway, there was a very strong smell of dogs. Unfortunately, the odor was also noticeable when I entered my room. In addition, I observed hair in the bathroom area, including on the toilet and in the shower. I am bald and do not have hair, so it was clear that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. The smell and the presence of pet hair were especially concerning because I am allergic to dogs. The odor made the stay uncomfortable for both me and my son. I understand that many hotels allow guests to travel with pets, and I respect that policy. However, it may be helpful to consider designating specific floors or sections of the hotel exclusively for guests with pets. This could help maintain a more comfortable environment for guests who have allergies or sensitivities. Again, I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of your staff, and I hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience in the future.

    Don’t stay here if you have any issues w mold, the entire place has a huge issue. We switched rooms and it didn’t make it better. Also was told breakfast was at 6am and the attendant wasn’t on time so we had to move down the road without.

    Stayed for one night while traveling from Indiana to Texas, staff was exceptionally friendly, rooms were very clean and cozy and breakfast was delicious!! Will be staying again on our way back home!!

    I visited this location for a week while working in the area. The hotel is clean and well-kept, and the staff is friendly. Their complimentary breakfast is ready early and well stocked. My room was clean and comfortable. This location appears to have previously been under some other hotel chain, but has been renovated and any differences from other HIE locations are negligible. I had no issues throughout my stay and will stay here again.
