  Room smelled of horrible mold The pool was broken Also rooms did not have a mini fridge or microwave or trash cans But the guy working the front desk was super nice and did what he could to help out

  The location is great, and the staff are really nice. However, the cleanliness is lacking, and the overall facilities as well. The pool is closed for maintenance, which is not communicated when you get checked in. Only one elevator works, but there is no sign indicating it nor is it communicated at check in. The rooms are not clean, our room had a stain on the blanket, stains on the lamp, shades, mold on the window frame, mold on the shower grout, and there was an old coffee pod still left in the coffee maker from the previous guests. The furniture in the room, as well as throughout the hotel has a run down a shabby feel to it, this hotel needs a facelift. We won’t be back. The courtyard is much better.

  Here’s a clean, professional Google review you can copy and paste: ⸻ Stayed at this Wyndham location in Fort Smith and came away moderately disappointed. One of the elevators was out of service, which caused long wait times and consistent lines for the only working elevator. Throughout the property, there are noticeable signs of wear—numerous nicks, dents, and areas that clearly need repair or replacement. While the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, the overall condition of the hotel does not meet the standard I would expect from the Wyndham brand. It appears the property has not been properly maintained or updated in several years. In one of the conference areas, there was water actively dripping from the ceiling into a bucket, with ceiling tiles that had already fallen still left on the floor. There was also a noticeable musty odor in that space, which added to the concern. Overall, the service was good, but the facility itself needs significant maintenance and attention.

  Only 1 working elevator, including no service elevator. Didn't have hand towels when checked in, no wash cloths or for mat either after serviced. Worn out carpet. A/C extra noisy. Could hear guy in next bathroom. Staff I interacted with was friendly. Great location and venue otherwise.

  Wonderful staff, great atmosphere. Long wait for the elevator. Lol. Other than that, we have NO complaints.
