- PBPorta Barber Travel Barbering5 days ago1.0Holiday Inn express is not worth the time or the money. We were over charged $500. for smoking medicinal medicine. They said it was because it smelled like it and there were signs of ashes. This is wrong my legal prescription medicine is just what it is medication. I don’t appreciate being charged $500.extra when my room was only $89.
- KKKelly6 days ago5.0My family and I got in at 4am after a 10 hour drive. I called in advanced and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They left a note for the next shift to expect us. When we arrived the woman at the front desk came to the car to get my license so I wouldn't have to get out in the cold. The rooms were extremely clean and everything you need is provided. Most comfortable bed I've slept in. Breakfast is amazing and they have a nice gym and heated pool. Ive stayed at 3 places here so far and this beats them all and will be the only place I stay in from now on.

The attendant at the desk kept asking why I didn’t have my own account separate from my husband’s, as well as several other issues. We have been almost exclusively IHG patrons for over 20 years and have traveled around the US and have never had to justify why I wanted to use our rewards account or simply just check in - regardless if I was or want with my husband. I did speak to the assistant manager that afternoon, which I hate to do but I was ready to leave and check into another hotel bc of the runaround. Other than this issue, my stay, as is to be expected with IHG was great!

Breakfast was great and the staff there were great also. Housekeeping should also be commended, the do a great job at keeping everything clean. Thanks to you all for making our stay great.
