  Power is out I get it but the lady at the front desk as no idea when asked how long. Duh did you even call and report it? Hampton Inn has power sad. Won’t stay here again!!! Room 306 the air conditioner sounds like a world war 2 tank!!!!

  I stayed at this particular Holiday Inn Express on 04/23/26. I was so impressed with absolutely everything that I just had to write a review. I arrived late at night but the gentleman working the front desk was kind and courteous and fulfilled all my requests to get the exact room that I was hoping for. I came down for an early breakfast and the entire staff was so friendly and personable. Had a great conversation with the lady working the front desk and both ladies that were working the breakfast bar were above and beyond. They were on top of everything making sure all of the food was fresh and full and that everyone was happy. And there were quite a few people there for breakfast in the morning. They would talk to a lot of the customers and asked if you needed anything etc. Just as I was getting ready to leave one of the girls came out and asked if I would I like a to go bag and brought me a pre-prepared bag of goodies for the road. Inside that bag was a business card and that's where I found the review links and I am happily giving one. If you're traveling through this area and need a hotel that satisfies at every level and for a great price, the Holiday Inn Express is your hotel. I travel this route semi-frequently and I will be staying here every chance I get, no doubt! A+++ 😊

  I’m truly disappointed with my experience last night. I checked in at around 11:20pm. My partner and I had been driving for 16 hours or more and the person at the front desk was being very rude. He kept insisting I had different credit card on file from my online booking (and told me this with an attitude like I’m disturbing him or was doing something wrong) Despite me checking my account and confirming it was the same card I didn’t argue and handed over my card. (This is routine/ to check your card again) The issue is that when I left this morning and called my bank to confirm there had been two separate charges in my account. We had already told him that we didn’t appreciate his attitude and this is why I believe he charged the card again. We are good customers and we work in customer service/ patient care and this was just wrong and unprofessional all together. We did nothing wrong to deserve this treatment. We were polite and he was being very disrespectful and dismissive. Sucks this happened for no reason.

  Last minute decision to stop and stay here. Very clean and the front desk warned us the room we chose would be loud because it was next to the side entrance. We picked a different room. Only complaint is that the pancake maker was broken.

  HIE's have removed in-room coffee makers (available by request), pointing guests toward 24/7 coffee availability in the lobby. To do that, guests have to dress appropriately to do so. While perhaps understandable, this is not guest-friendly.
