I had stayed at this property many times while I was traveling between Memphis and Little Rock and last Tuesday morning I was passing through Forrest City with my friend Charles and we stopped by here for a quick break. We were greeted by Miss Jannie who were very warm and kind to us and fixed us each a plate of breakfast. We stopped by many places in between Memphis and Little Rock as we traveled back and forth and we were really touched by Jannie's kindness and hospitality and the rest of the staff there were kind too. As weary travellers we really appreciate Miss Jannie's warmth and kindness and we highly recommend this property. 😊🤗❤️

We’ve stayed at your hotel several times and have consistently been impressed with the service. The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. Over time, we’ve even come to know Ms. Jannie from the breakfast team—she’s truly a delightful addition to our experience.

The entire stay was a complete joke. From check in to check out. Incompetent staff including the front desk manager Blankley Jones. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Almost 30 years of traveling. Save yourself a headache and book anywhere but this location. We need a zero star option for this location.

Avoid this hotel if you actually expect your reservation to be honored. We booked a 2 Queen Accessible Suite weeks in advance for my 78-year-old mother-in-law, recently widowed and traveling with mobility issues. We confirmed the booking by phone and received an email confirmation (#65693954). After driving over 3.5 hours to Forest City, we arrived to find that our confirmed room was “unavailable due to an electrical issue.” No call, no email, no notice—just a shrug and an offer of a single king room with a pull-out couch for three adults, including an elderly woman who needed accessibility accommodations. When I asked for a reasonable solution, I was told the hotel was “completely booked,” though the parking lot looked half empty. We ended up having to turn around and drive home, after nearly eight hours on the road, because this property failed to provide the basic courtesy of notifying us or offering a real alternative. Completely unacceptable customer service and a total disregard for guests. I’ve reached out to IHG corporate for a refund and an apology, but until this hotel learns to communicate and show some decency toward travelers, I’d steer clear.

We always stay at Holiday Inn Express and stayed here after a long day’s drive. Good location off the highway. Hotel looked new. Our room was clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed ever (if you like firm beds). The a/c wall unit made a loud clicking noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Fortunately, it was comfortable enough in the room to sleep. Breakfast was the usual standard buffet but we must have timed it wrong…food wasn’t fresh. Potatoes, gravy and omelets were dried, stale and tasteless.
