    The room was clean and modern, with ample light and lots of power options for our electronics. The front desk clerks both morning and night were friendly, helpful, and efficient even though there were several people trying to check in at the same time when we arrived. The breakfast area was spotless and well supplied, and the attendant was quietly and efficiently ensuring it stayed that way.

    We were two women staying one night with a cat. The room was nice and clean, AC was very comfortable as were the beds and pillows. We felt very safe. The staff were friendly and welcoming with water on arrival and a to go lunch on departure. The breakfast had something for everyone. I would recommend this location. The pet fee is high compared to some other places, but we didn't have to be in a torn up, smelly room either.

    The biggest complaints I have is 1) The global reservation phone number. It was a horrible experience. Disconnected once, then the lack of reserving the room we needed. We were exhausted after a long day of driving, several road stoppages over 2 separate semi accidents. 2) The last thing weary travelers needed was a rude desk agent. It was unnecessary and completely uncalled for. Overall, the room was perfect. Dark with no light switch near the entry door. I had to hold the door open so my husband could locate a light to turn on. Please…. Leave a light on and cool the room. It was hot!!🥵 Once those issues were corrected, we enjoyed the room, beds and bathroom. I’ve always loved Serta mattresses designed specifically for Hampton Hotels. I normally never leave a review for anything below a 5 star rating but did so knowing these are simple fixes.

    The room and especially the bathroom was small. It was very noisy all night. We arrived about 8pm and left at 6:30. The noise was continuous. You could hear people talking and doors closing. If you want sleep during the night time, choose another place.
