My partner and I are diamond members so we stay at hotels often. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. At first, we got a room that had a weird sound coming from the wall. It sounded like a mouse or something similar. We asked to change rooms. When we got to our new room, we discovered that it had no heat. Then we got moved back to the same room we requested to be moved from initially. Then, as a woman staying in a hotel room by myself during the day, I always latch the door. Well, about 6:00pm, a man barged my door opened (it was latched so it only opened so far, but enough for him to see in) and was told he was given a key to my room. Then the front desk called and said no one was supposed to be in this room and I had to explain how I paid for a week and was moved rooms and he finally understood. Thankfully I was in the room because a stranger would have total access to all my belongings, and how scary it is to be a woman alone in a room and have a man barge in. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and would highly recommend going anywhere else in Fayetteville

We stayed here for 4 nights with our family, including two young kids. While the staff around Christmas were great and very kind to our children, we had a poor experience with customer service related to our room and checkout. There was clear miscommunication that management refused to acknowledge or apologize for. Because of how this was handled, I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

My group of four friends stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, and we were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. We’ve traveled together quite a bit, and for the price, this hotel offered far more comfort and convenience than other places we’ve stayed. We usually stay in airbnbs and this was far better.
First off, the amenities were great. Instead of those tiny toiletries you usually get in hotels, this Staybridge provides full-size Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, definitely a lifesaver since I forgot mine! The bedding was also top-notch. The pillows were so comfortable that when I woke up in the middle of the night (as I usually do away from home), I honestly thought I was in my own bed.
And the breakfast deserves its own shoutout because it was truly outstanding....
Fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, plus a toppings bar with cheese, jalapeños, salsa, and more. There was also a fruit and yogurt bar, several bread and muffin options, and multiple coffee choices with different creamers. I’m a breakfast person and this was easily the highlight of my morning.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and an excellent hot breakfast… we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Fayetteville!
Our group also said that we are going to look out for Staybridge at the other cities we visit. I think that's pretty big.
