This hotel is old. There were dirty handprints on the lap shade, scrapes on all of the furniture, the water was not very hot, and stains in the office chair in the room.

I spend about a months worth of days total in nwa in a calendar year. And I can guarantee not one night in future will be at this hotel. The room seemed nice at first. But then I tried to turn on the bedroom TV. No power. I called to the desk to let them know. It was late, so I figured no big deal. I return the next day after working 9 hours, not fixed. Lady at the desk said there were no notes, didn't know anything about it. Next morning I stop at desk. Asked for manager. Two guys step out, neither of them or the desk clerk knew anything about it. I explained and left for work. 11 hour work day later I go to my room. TV us on. But electronics I had plugged in in the living room area were unplugged for no reason. Then I see the bed mattress askew, the nightstand moved. Just careless stuff. They obviously just don't care about any of that. So I get everything back in order myself. Based on how all this was handled, I would not recommend staying here. You shouldnt have to deal with begging to get their stuff fixed and then have to rearrange a mess that their worker left behind.

Perhaps it was just the room I was staying in, but during my stay, starting at 6:30 am, the pump for the fire suppression system kicked in and it is unbearably loud. I'm talking helicopters passing over head, while wrenches bang on pipes. This continued for 5 minutes and repeated several times during the morning.
Also, the supplied toiletries that are to be refilled are unsecured and can easily be tampered with. This seems like a major health and safety concern.
I would suggest staying else where, incredibly inconvenient location to get to as well.
