  We checked in on a Sunday and at first everything seemed fine. We noticed the room was a bit run down but overall it was fine. On Tuesday night around 11pm our ac unit started filling our room with a very potent smoke smell, we went to the front desk and one of the ladies was very helpful and got us into a new room that night on the second floor. Once we got to the new room there was blood on a towel in the bathroom and blood on the sheet but since it was past midnight at this point and we have a 3 year old we just stripped the sheet and didn’t complain. But then the next day construction was started directly above us. They completely failed to mention this when switching our rooms. My toddler was unable to nap due to the power tools and hammering directly above our beds. We thought maybe it would just be for that afternoon but then my toddler was woken up at 8 am the next day due to the power tools once again. I called the front desk to ask them if there was any way they could not use power tools right above our bed at 8am and the guy just laughed and said there was nothing he could do. At this point I am very upset with the entire stay because it was nothing but a headache and waste of money. I would have rather stayed at motel 6. Do not waste your money coming here. Update: we now has disgusting water coming up through our sink drain too! This hotel is literally the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in.

  This hotel was great for a family spending 5 days in Fayetteville! I have stayed at much more expensive hotels and never received a free breakfast like this. Very convenient location with a Walk-Ons in the parking lot, I'm from Louisiana. 🤣

  I am an IHG platinum member, I usually book an IHG property whenever I travel for work. I booked this hotel for a work trip, originally reserving 2 nights for $420. However, I checked out after 1 night because my work was completed early. To my surprise, I was charged $290 for just one night at a 2-star hotel, which is completely unreasonable. When I called the hotel to discuss this, they said they couldn’t do anything about the charge. Paying $290 for a single night at a budget-level property is unacceptable, and the lack of flexibility or customer service makes it worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for business travelers who may need schedule changes.

  Overall a good experience. Very quiet area with food and amenities nearby. I did hear floor drilling above us around the 10am hour as they are remodeling. But it was well after we were awake, and there are signs everywhere disclosing the hours of the day that remodeling will be ongoing. Room was great with large beds and a small "kitchenette" area with a table and two chairs. My only complaints are the desk chair was broken... it didn't raise up when the lever was pushed. And, the hvac unit didn't work properly. The heat worked, but we like to turn the temp down at night and the A/C didn't work at all. Sometimes, turning it OFF wouldn't work and it continued to blow warm air. But we just unplugged the unit at night being it was 32 degrees outside and had brought our own fan. This was in room 100. But other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was fine and the coffee machines are great.
