  Love the atmosphere and the drinks are good, but tonight was uncomfortable. My friend and I (both well over 21 and repeat customers, though definitely in the younger crowd) were questioned about the addresses on our IDs and asked to confirm where we live, which felt excessive. Within minutes we then overheard the bartenders gossiping about fake IDs and how to tell if one is real in a way that felt directed at us. When we asked to close out and handed over our card, it wasn’t returned for about 10 minutes while the gossiping continued. We left feeling singled out and unwelcome, and due to the service we won’t be returning

  I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. On the first night, a bug literally fell from the ceiling onto my head. The next morning, I noticed several dead bugs by the window. I asked to change rooms, but I was told I would need to pack up everything, check out of the room, and only then get a new key, which felt very inconvenient, so I decided to stay. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve. The following morning, there was a huge spider in the room. On top of that, the bathtub was clogged since day 1, making it impossible to take a proper shower. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I expected much better.
