The employee on duty was aggressively rude, cussing at me, calling me names, and repeatedly telling me to leave—even though I was simply waiting for my Uber. When I calmly stated that I would speak to the owner about her behavior, she escalated the situation by yelling that she didn’t care who I told and threatened to call the police for no reason. She went as far as insulting my appearance, calling me a “dirty bum” and “broke,” which was totally unprovoked and extremely disrespectful. What makes this even worse is that after checking other reviews, I discovered that another customer reported this same type of behavior from this same employee months ago. This is not an isolated incident—it’s a pattern that the business has failed to address. No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly hope the owner takes action, retrains their staff, or replaces this employee before more customers have similar experiences.
