  This place, is clean, and the King suites we had on both trips to Fayetteville for my medical visits and Post Op appointment and then my surgery were amazing. The suits are so comfy, and have absolutely everything you will need while your in town. The kitchenette, made it possible for me to have the after surgery meals and drinks and other supplies right there and my husband didn't have to leave the room after my surgery because it was all right there with us. The beds are so comfortable, and I would love to buy some of the pillow they have. 100% the best pillows I have ever had in a hotel. The showers were perfect temp and rooming and everything was absolutely spotless! We will be coming back several times this year for follow up procedures and check up and this hotel will be our home away from home while in Fayetteville from now.

  My room cost me $400. No pool, no breakfast, and the front desk help was rude. I won't be staying here again.

  There are no words to express how incredible this hotel was very clean very comfortable very accommodating and Jerry the front desk lady I cannot say enough about her. She was so helpful. I got something on my shirt and she had no problems helping me get that out of my shirt. She was amazing. Keep her around. She is one incredible employee.

  Was not able to check in—booked a dog room through Expedia, when I arrived there were no dog rooms available. I had already paid the money and was not given a refund or a room. I had to book another room last minute before my event just hours away from arrival. It’s been 3 days with multiple calls to the establishment and the managers have both been gone/not able to help me or respond to emails from Expedia. Expedia can’t give my money back without approval for the hotel. A simple click of a button. Paid for the room—wasn’t able to check in—was not given any sort of refund. Managers have been very difficult to work with. Will avoid this hotel/and Expedia for all future stays in Fayetteville. What a waste of time and money. It didn’t need to be this difficult.
