    The room had pubic hairs, and a used toothbrush on the mirror. Also had a brown “poop smear”color stain on white bed cover. I set up for 12pm check out on check in and they called and disconnected my keys at 11 to “make sure I checked out” interrupting my yoga class. The check out team was rude and could have handled this better. I stay in eureka twice a year and this was the first time at this hotel. I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

    Always discovering sweet spots in Eureka Springs. We’ve stayed where several times but this trip spent just a few more $ for a balcony room. The room & living room are HUGE and the private balcony looks out over the valley. It’s quiet & feels secluded right in the middle off town. Trolley stop, restaurant & easy parking are all part of the package. 🥰 Note - if you’re looking for ***** this hotel room decor is a little dated but beds are fresh & new. Linens are spotless. No funky smells or overpowering deodorant smells. It’s a good bargain, you build points and convenient to everything in Eureka Springs.

    I was here for a GIS mapping conference. Convention center was wonderful and the staff is so nice. The lodging smelled faintly of cigarette smoke sadly but otherwise was OK. But we were all safe and that’s what matters most. The wi Fi in the room was very slow. Thank you all.

    Clean room. Friendly staff. Only one handicap parking spot so that was frustrating and difficult but I carefully managed. Onsite restaurant had good food and service. The major downside was I paid extra for a balcony room but the view was not worth it.
