Room was very clean and smelled good. King bed was very comfortable with firm and plush pillows. I love a softer bed and this more firm then I usually like but it was better then other hotels we’ve stayed at. Problem was first night was Incredibly noisy! people banging doors and yelling. They put a Big family with 4 kids next to us and it was Insane how noisy it was! Walls are so thin too. Ice machine down by elevator was noisy. Second night was much better as I’m assuming the people next door left. Shower is ok. Nothing special with so-so water pressure. Breakfast was Really good. Toast, eggs, sausage honey biscuits and pancakes. Coffee was horrible! But we are coffee snobs lol so we are picky. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town visiting our family

- SWSharon WOct 3, 20253.0Good location next to Super 8 (NOTE same driveway to turn into-don't get confused!). Only 2 luggage carts. One had a flat tire, so should have been out of service before we loaded all our luggage and tried to use. Also shower fixture kept falling off when used-annoying & confusing to tired travelers. Breakfast was awful! Needs a much larger breakfast area with more options. Very disappointing! Actually having cookies available for guests as advertised would be good too. Kids constantly disappointed. One of two Computers working. Good space to work with outlets & ports built into tables. Printer fast & worked well. Friendly staff, but didn't physically do anything to assist with encountered issues.
