  Holiday Inn is consistent in cleanliness and service wherever you go and has comfortable beds and free breakfast at some and easy parking and security! I feel safe whenever zi stay here for some reason because of lighting and room layouts!

  Jimmy, Ruth, Brittany, Robin, and Terence were amazing. From house keeping to GM, they all made me feel like home. I do not think I have ever been so well respected. I was alone during the day while my husband was at work. When they were not helping other guests they spent time with me so I did not feel alone. I highly recommend this place as a home away from home. Thank you to the staff. Dee

  Questionable Housekeeping Practices - I pulled the sheets back to inspect the sheets. I was shocked to find that there was a blood stain. It was not the sheets but rather the mattress pad. For the life of me, I don't understand how housekeeping missed that while putting sheets on. I have photos but it doesn't look like I can add them. When I checked in, the gentleman had his daughter or friend behind the counter. She was out of sight but could be heard on her phone in the background.

  I have never felt so unwelcome at check in. Walked in from outside behind me with no greeting just a terse “name?” I tried greeting with a how are you and was ignored. Thought maybe she didn’t hear me.. continue check in with no eye contact absolutely no warmth. Stated my card didn’t go through (odd since I paid online?). Wanted the tag number of my vehicle and to be honest in my entire life no hotel has ever cared if I don’t recall the tag as long as I give make and model. “Sorry I don’t know tag” came back with a rude “then you’re gonna have to go get it” Okay so I walk outside to go find my husband and car and write that down. Told her I was sorry she was having a bad day which she of course also argued with. Plopped the key down and told me what floor and I had to ask what time is breakfast. Made me feel like I was creating a problem just by arriving to the room I booked. Room was typical and seemed clean. No milk at breakfast because “it expired” Lucky this was a quick one night stop on a very long road trip as I would not want to stay somewhere I am not welcome.
