OK, I've stayed here twice. The first time; about 6 months ago, they had construction going on. And, the door was misaligned. Still; the room was clean, the shower was awesome, and it was quiet. So I wanted to see without construction. This time it was great. No door issues. Shower was awesome. It was quiet. And now most importantly; it felt safe. This place is slightly in the tuck. But it's worth it.

Newly renovated. Actually it's still being renovated, but did not effect stay. Rooms are pretty modem looking, and clean. Bed is comfortable. Gym leaves a little to be desired, but they are still working on that area so I'm sure it will improve. Location is good, close to the interstate and places to eat nearby. I'd considered staying here again when in town.

Very confusing to find. You have to go through a Comfort Inn parking lot to Candlewood. Which is a head scratcher

Stayed two nights this past weekend for a baseball tournament. There is major construction on the first floor of the hotel that we were not made aware of prior to booking. Dust was thick down there and we had to go into a very small room to check in. Staff were very nice and did apologize for the mess. Our room was huge. I wasn’t aware that I booked a suite, the down fall was the cleanliness. The shower was gross. It was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while and there was hair in the bottom. The floors felt gritty like they hadn’t been swept in a while. We did have to ask for extra linens for the pull out couch because there were none in the room and the blanket that was given to us had a huge yellow stain on it. Didn’t use the kitchenette but I did look at the dishes and they didn’t look clean either. Definitely needs better housekeeping.

When I checked in around 4 AM, my experience began with an unexpected delay due to a card authorization issue, despite my reservation being prepaid in full. Once I was finally able to access my two rooms, I was immediately concerned by what I found. The sheets and towels contained visible hair, suggesting the room had not been properly cleaned. Even more troubling, I witnessed a cockroach running across the table, which I photographed for documentation. At that hour, with only two hours before I had to be up, and after being told at check-in that no other rooms were available, requesting a room change was simply not feasible. The next morning, I shared both the details and the photo with the front desk staff. Although they apologized, I was surprised and disappointed that no compensation, adjustment, or loyalty points were offered to address such a serious lapse in cleanliness and guest care. I am a reasonable guest and understand that issues can arise. However, the way a property responds to those issues reflects its commitment to hospitality. In this case, the response fell far short of the standard I expect from your brand, particularly in a room described as newly renovated. I respectfully request that appropriate steps be taken to make this right, whether through reimbursement or points, as this stay did not meet the quality or cleanliness standards that guests deserve.
