  I truly enjoy staying at Candlewood Suites because it feels like a second home during work trips. As an extended-stay hotel, it’s perfect for longer stays — affordable, comfortable, and very convenient. Having a fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook my own meals, which saves money and adds comfort. The location is excellent, and the rooms were newly renovated. I especially loved the charging points on the night lamp beside the bed — such a thoughtful and modern touch. The bathroom with the walk-in shower is fantastic and very comfortable. They provide weekly housekeeping service, and if you need additional cleaning, they are happy to arrange room service the same day or the next day. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time you pass by, they greet you with a smile and are always ready to help. The amenities make this place even better — free laundry, complimentary coffee, a gym, and a small sundry shop for essentials. There’s also a lovely gazebo with a grill available for guests to use for BBQs, which is a great bonus. I also appreciate the electric car chargers (available for a fee), which is very convenient. The 24-hour Barista Room coffee and Costa coffee in the lobby are wonderful perks. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose Candlewood Suites again!

  My extended stay at this property was excellent. The staff were very friendly and created a welcoming environment throughout my visit. The rooms were extremely clean, with fresh-smelling air, spotless floors, and a well-maintained bathroom. The location is very convenient—easy access from the interstate, close to Walmart, and several good restaurants within walking distance. The free laundry facilities and gym were a great bonus for a longer stay. I especially enjoyed the Candlewood coffee—it brews instantly and has a rich, great taste. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I will definitely come back again when I am in the area. Highly recommended!

  This is the nastiest motel we have ever stayed in and we are Diamond Elite. We had a family member in the hospital and had to stay 3 days so we thought it would be ok. The very first evening when I sat down to take my shoes off and walked to the restroom and around the room, of course. When I sat down to take my white socks off they were covered in black dog hair and so much dirt that it was caked on. I asked my husband to look at his and they were the same. The floor hadn’t been mopped in maybe months. It was so gross I started looking and spilled food or (God only knows what) was all over the floor. The floor was absolutely caked with filth. I went to the office and told them about the room and their answers was that they didn’t have house keepers. I asked if I could get a mop to mop it myself and was told No. No they didn’t offer us a different room. So after I came back from the hospital that next day I couldn’t stand the filth do I wet all the towels and pushed them around the room with my feet as best as I could so I couldn’t stand at least walk around and not breathe in that filthy. Before you asked why didn’t we just leave, we had too much going on to worry about. I hope I can post a picture of these towels. I just finished talking to the so called manager and he said I was lying. I showed him the towels and he said they couldn’t be theirs, lol. This place should be shut down.

  Nice place to stay if you’re traveling through on your way some place else. We were greated warmly and our room was clean and spacious. One thing I really thought was cool was the lamps next to the bed had outlets for charging your phone or devices. It’s little things like this that make it your stay more comfortable and complement the hotel. Only reason I gave it a four was no free breakfast but for the price I paid it’s certainly makes it a true value.

  I’ve stayed here in the past, but under new ownership I must say this hotel has had an obvious GLOW UP. The rooms are always immaculate, the beds are super comfortable- no sagging all new mattresses. The furniture is neutral, a combination of sleek and traditional modern. Anyone would like the style. I appreciate the full size fridge with my diet, the charging options for USB and universal. More than anythings, I can’t forget the strong shower pressure and great shower stalls. I wish more people reviewed shower pressure- there is nothing worse than a weak shower after a kind trip or long work day. On occasion, I have used the fitness center and laundry facilities- both are good. I have elite status with Hilton but I continue to stay here in Conway on most of my visits because the accommodations are great as is the price point, and the fridge is a plus. Also, it’s tucked in like a house on a cul de sac, providing a very secure feeling with the well lit parking lot. I like to use it as a football field, and walk my laps. I can tell the new owners are personally invested in this property- the improvements and how they run it show through. Finally, Robert at the front desk is the ultimate professional in how he treats guests, handles things efficiently. I will continue to stay here on business trips with these new improvements and the excellent management. Thank you for making it a little less difficult to be away from home.
