  I don't like writing this, because I don't like giving poor reviews, but I'm a little frustrated with their service currently. My husband stayed here for 4 nights two weeks ago for work. He had to book for 2 weeks, but they got done early with work and got to come home early. We were charged the full 12 night stay, with a promise of reimbursement. I had to call them on Thursday of this week as we still hadn't been reimbursed. I talked to Jessica at the front desk on Thursday and was promised that we were owed money, and they would call me back Thursday afternoon. Jessica never called me back, so I called Friday morning to check on things. Jessica informed me that their financial officer was coming in to make sure the account got closed out correctly, and that I was promised a call back Friday to let me know everything was all set. It is currently Friday night and here I am, without a call or a credit to our credit card. They owe us over $1000. I am a very patient person, but I am getting really upset about being left in the dark and it seems like nothing is happening. I will be contacting our bank on Monday so they can dispute the charges if I do not get an answer by tomorrow. I would recommend another hotel because this has been a complete headache.

  Absolutely fantastic Holiday Inn Express. The grounds, the lobby, and the rooms are very clean and we'll maintained. The beds are very comfortable and it is located in a quiet location for a good night's sleep. The staff are very kind and helpful. The night clerk, Geoff, was very friendly and helpful at check in. He answered all our questions and made himself readily available to assist us with all our needs during our stay.

  Clean and cozy, front desk staff are excellent! But let me tell you about Tesha! She's the super sweet, attentive staff that makes sure your breakfast experience is the best! I felt like a guest in her home the way she took care of me! And her sweet disposition was just the icing on the cake! What a great place to spend your week!

  Good hotel. However, someone kept wedging the side door open and I removed the rock 3 times. I told the front desk and no big deal. Next morning same door was wedged open again. Safety and security at this location is a concern.

  I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns all across the country; and this one is top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff, price of the room, cleanliness of the hotel, and the complimentary cookies and quality of the breakfast during my stay. They surprised me even after I had left when they called me and asked if I left a pair of headphones. I told them I had already made it a few hours down the road, and they’d offered to mail them to me! Just got my headphones back! 10/10 Holiday Inn Clarksville!
