  Clean and cozy, front desk staff are excellent! But let me tell you about Tesha! She's the super sweet, attentive staff that makes sure your breakfast experience is the best! I felt like a guest in her home the way she took care of me! And her sweet disposition was just the icing on the cake! What a great place to spend your week!

  Good hotel. However, someone kept wedging the side door open and I removed the rock 3 times. I told the front desk and no big deal. Next morning same door was wedged open again. Safety and security at this location is a concern.

  I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns all across the country; and this one is top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff, price of the room, cleanliness of the hotel, and the complimentary cookies and quality of the breakfast during my stay. They surprised me even after I had left when they called me and asked if I left a pair of headphones. I told them I had already made it a few hours down the road, and they’d offered to mail them to me! Just got my headphones back! 10/10 Holiday Inn Clarksville!

  Does not not meet Holiday Inn Express standards. Bathroom smells moldy, woke up with stuffed head due to mold, TV cable box is BEHIND the TV so remote has to be pointed behind the TV. Imagine getting up every time you want to control volume or change channels. Staff was very kind, they try to meet your request but are not given the tools or supplies to meet them. If you are expecting Holiday Inn Express quality, go to a different location.
