Does not not meet Holiday Inn Express standards. Bathroom smells moldy, woke up with stuffed head due to mold, TV cable box is BEHIND the TV so remote has to be pointed behind the TV. Imagine getting up every time you want to control volume or change channels.
Staff was very kind, they try to meet your request but are not given the tools or supplies to meet them.
If you are expecting Holiday Inn Express quality, go to a different location.

The room was clean and kept a good temperature thoughout the night. Not having to fight the AC unit is always a plus at hotels. The tub/shower didn't drain quickly, often having feet completely under water by 5 mins of being on and the curtains did a poor job keeping water off the floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed extra pillows for my pregnant wife. The breakfast was warm and plentiful. Overall a nice stay in an otherwise unique destination with minimal accomadations.
