This hotel if going to be our new stopping point while traveling from Tx to IL. Perfect location aswell!

- RBRachel BuchDec 19, 20251.0I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I have stayed at this location dozens of times over the years and tonight we had a terrible experience by a front desk clerk. My son & mother were kicked out of this hotel after they were laughing while in the lobby. I called to speak with the front desk clerk and he said he felt like they were laughing at him and he would not be disrespected. I could understand if they were cursing or being noisy but they were laughing at a joke my young son made. This was at 9pm after driving 7 hours. I cannot imagine how fragile someone’s masculinity has to be to kick out a woman and child because of their laughter. Truly despicable. I have filed a more formal complaint but I want to make sure everyone knows to mind your Ps & Qs if you want to stay in this establishment. Laughing is considered a threat to the man who works evenings so be careful.
