  The location and service is friendly and welcoming . The rooms need updating and housekeeping needs improvement for example doors , elevator button need to be wiped down from time to time as well as the bathrooms. I've been in several rooms and there is mold and debris in the corners of the bathrooms as well as food stains and grease and oil on the couches, countertops, tables. The AC worked well in the rooms. Some floors have an excess amount of cleaner sprayed on the carpet to cover up odors which is not good.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and highly enjoyable. The rooms are clearly designed with guest comfort in mind. The bedding was plush, the space was spotless, and it provided the perfect quiet environment to relax after a busy day. What truly sets this location apart is the staff. Every team member I encountered was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality truly makes a difference. The hotel’s location is hard to beat. It’s situated perfectly for easy access to local attractions and transport, making it a breeze to get around. I was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast spread. There were plenty of high-quality options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious—the perfect way to start the morning.

  Location is awesome near everything. It seems understaff. They do not use trash bags I thought that was weird. Pool had no towels over three days. Pool also has build up showing to me it's not being vacuumed. Food was actually great for breakfast. Items at there store are not over priced so that was nice. It was not bad but it could be better

  The absolute worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at!! The 4th floor smells like a smokers lounge. Totally disgusting. The front desk will sell you stuff, but can't figure out how to print a receipt for you if needed. Person running the eating area in the morning takes it upon themselves to take my coffee cup and move it while I'm trying to get cream in it, and later just couldn't wait until I got up from the table to fill the salt & pepper shakers.
