Told her I was on crutches, had injured myself the day before and that delayed leaving town for the holiday. She confirmed a room was available and after my husband checked in even met us at the side door to ensure we got in our room ok. Her friendliness and customer service elevated our visit experience. I was so thankful she helped us and we highly recommend this hotel. Great staff, clean room and good breakfast.

We called from down the road to make sure there was a vacancy before we drove to the hotel. Athena answered the phone with a courteous voice, gave us great directions and put us in a room close to the door, which was helpful as we are not spring chickens! Thank you to Athena. Our room seemed updated and nice! She went above and beyond to help us make the room booking easy and seamless.

The drain in the sink kept closing forcing me to stick my hand in gross water to unplug. Front desk lady was nice.
