I came outside to what I thought was the smoking section and sat on the curb. The attendee came outside and ran me off because I didn’t have a room. I explained I was in a lot of pain and just resting in the smoking section. There was an ashtray there. She told me no it’s not a smoking section and I need to leave so I left. I thought it was funny there was an “om” on the door and the other spiritual images to be ran off like this while in pain. Like unbelievable pain, I know she saw me limp away. This happened on 1-9-26

I booked two rooms exclusively at Hampton Inns in Little Rock at the beginning, and 3 days in TX afterward, and tried to book here tonight at the beginning of our return. I used the Hilton Honors number for my company owner each time and had no issues. Tonight, at this location, the 1am clerk refused to check us in with the same Honors I have used everywhere else, saying that it was due to the account not being mine, despite it being paid for by the Honors holder. Tired, I requested to check into the rooms with a standard rate instead. I was told there were no rooms left for standard, only Honors members. I promptly left and walked into another Hilton brand location that gave me no issues. I'm disappointed in this Hampton. Up until today, they've all been lovely.
