  Bike Inn is awesome. I stayed in a "regular" room and it had everything I needed: shower, toilet, sink, and bed. On a biking trip, that's all I needed. Throw in a TV (which I never even turned on) and a refrigerator (which I did use to keep beverages cold), and I could live there. The backyard has a firepit, games, hot tub, cooking area, community cooler, and even a hammock. Great accommodations all around. And Jeremy bent over backwards to help us with bike setup and protective gear. My son stayed in one of the huts, which is pleasantly bare-bones. Again, if you're in Bentonville to bike, Bike Inn is THE place to stay.

  I took my 14 year old son to Bentonville for mountain biking on his spring break - our first time to the area. We stayed at The Bike Inn. Cannot say enough good things. The place is perfect for those who want to focus on biking. The value is incredible - rooms are clean and nicely done and lots of little (but awesome) perks (hot tub, cold plunge, etc.). Most importantly, Jeremy (the owner), is a class act. He took my son and I out on three different tours. He’s a phenomenal biker, but an ever better guy. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport and the area. He’s friendly and easy to talk to and, most importantly, he does a phenomenal job of helping his customers. If you’re in the area and want to focus on biking (regardless of experience level), The Bike Inn is the place to go - hands down!

  I stayed here for a week with my son and some friends on a biking vacation. We had originally planned to stay in a hotel, but the Bike Inn was recommended by an acquaintance, so we checked it out. Boy, were we glad we did! The rooms were very neat, clean, and affordable. Our favorite part was the common area in the backyard, complete with a fire pit, hot tub, sauna, a large grill, and other amenities. It made for the perfect hangout spot after a long ride. Met a few awesome fellow travelers there too. The owner is very cool, super helpful and invited our whole group to join him for a ride one morning at a beautiful trail off the beaten path. The whole experience really elevated our vacation, and we'll surely be returning in the future.

  Such a cute place! However, my mistake, I didn’t realize there was no running water inside the rooms. There was a short walk to bathrooms and showers. Being older, we obviously get up all night long to go to the bathroom. So we knew this wouldn’t work. I reached out to Jeremy only to have him laugh bc I told him we were old and couldn’t go to the bathroom outside. He continued to laugh and said “you just don’t want to stay there”. What a response! I considered that rude and very unprofessional. I was hoping he would Have a solution. But instead he seemed very offended. Informed me he was full, couldn’t give anyone else our room and couldn’t refund. A true southern gentleman, business owner would have worked out a solution for me. So instead we booked another room and lost money on that one. If you like walking in the dark to the communal shower and restroom then this place is for you! Just hope you have no issues bc no one cares!

  The Bike Inn is the best place to stay if you're traveling to Bentonville for a bike trip. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and affordable. The backyard community area is awesome, has many amenities and is a perfect place to hang out after the day's ride. Owner Jeremy was extremely helpful, super nice and laid back. He even invited my whole group out for a ride one morning and showed us a beautiful spot that we probably wouldn't have found on our own. Good location, a few miles from downtown and close proximity to several excellent trail systems. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back.
