Love this hotel. Very bike and bicycling-community oriented. The host is very responsive. The in-room bike storage was great. The amenities are great, too. I wish it was slightly closer to downtown and the trails but it’s not far. I already booked my next stay for the 2026 Big Sugar gravel race and my photos of the hotel convinced my friend to stay here that weekend, too. Highly recommend this place.

I strongly recommend you pay close attention to your reservation dates. I had to cancel a full six days out for a 4 night stay. After nicely messaging the host, I was offered a $50 refund of $300 stay. All because I canceled at 6 days out and not 7 days. Pretty harsh. Recommend reserving elsewhere.

I stay in hotels probably 200 nights per year for work. I have seen it all. Read the other reviews. Good or bad they tell the truth. Read the responses from the host you will get the general tone. I wish I would have read them first. Most important three things of real estate apply to a bike inn. 1. location 2.location 3. Location Not near a bike friendly area. Inn never said it’s near a bike friendly area. Kinda thought it was but it doesn’t say near or far. So my fault. Staying here is like buying something off TEMU it looks nice but then you get the product. Rooms were cute. Towels in the room. If you need something text the owner and they will get it to you by 1000 the next day. No one on site this makes it a big pain in the ass. Three towels for two days. You have to text if you want your room clean by 1000. Coffee machine in room Keurig with plenty of pods. Two coffee cups disposable so make sure you save them for the next day if staying multiple days because again no one will refill them. There is no one on site. Check out procedure pull off your linens off bed . Is this an Airbnb? Value? It would be cheaper (and more convenient) to stay at the Hilton 100 feet from the razorback greenway trailhead. Prices for the Hilton are $113 a night out the door here it’s $156 with a 1-1/2 mile ride on (bike unfriendly road) Bike racks in the room are a nice feature. There is a freeway right by the hotel (not really) but it’s a super busy road. This is an inn (not really) it’s an Airbnb practically. Room 6 was very nice. Outside there is a camp fire that’s really nice to sit next to and enjoy. Other campers stay up late and enjoy the campfire as well. If you go to bed you can still enjoy the campfire as your room is right next to it. You hear all there conversations and drunken banter. All and all it’s a cute boutique Airbnb. With service like an Airbnb (or lack there of). Prices like an Airbnb. Read the reviews and stay closer to the bike paths and bike areas. Oh yeah almost forgot. WiFi is garbage. Just use your cell phone on LTE its faster. I did a speed test. The other review was right it’s very slow. My speedtest is in the picture. It may only be slow when everyone uses it. Like when you go to grandmas house and everyone is trying to stream a move on their own device and she has Viasat. Get some Starlink dude.

This is one of the coolest places we've stayed and we travel quite a bit. We stayed in one of the cabins which included everything you need from coffee, creamer, comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, towels and even robes. I appreciated the clever touch of home and thoughtfulness that was put into making this place perfect for our group. We loved the outdoor kitchen and fire pit where we hung out each night, playing music and getting to know others that were staying there. The common area, just a few feet away from the cabins has a larger fridge and amenities, snacks for purchase. Bathrooms are well maintained and very clean. Shampoo and soap provided as well as ice in the laundry room. This place has everything you need. We also enjoyed the red light sauna, cold plunge and hot tub. Not to mention its veteran owned which was a plus for me. We rode our bikes from the inn to the Greenway and trails. Depending on which trailhead you wanna hit, the ride from the inn by bike shouldn't take longer than 15 or 20 min. The Greenways in this town are amazing and take you anywhere you wanna go. A few others from our group stayed in the hotel part the inn and it was just as clean and nice. If you need your own shower/bathroom and a t.v. you'll wanna pick this option but we loved our little cabin and didn't mind the few steps to the bathroom. 10/10 recommend 👌. Oh and can't forget to mention that a doggie daycare is located right behind the inn which is super convenient if you wanna take the day and not worry about your pups.

Absolutely, great place to stay, right off the highway also. The owner is awesome, everything you need is provided. Nothing is cheap, everything is done well. The result is, at least when I was there, the folks who also stay there were cool people who also rode bikes, and so there was a great vibe throughout the whole place. Super comfortable bedding, great facilities in the back, accommodates tents, vans, or a great little room for the time that you’re in town. About two blocks from easy Greenway access all the way to the trails. 1 mile from Bentonville brewery which was great for me! Met and spoke to the owner for a good bit and he Really cares about his guests and the quality of the place and asked for feedback and told me all about the improvements that they have made over the years. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with your partner and maybe one or two kids. I was in town by myself for a little time away and it was absolutely perfect. Met great folks while I was there. Less than 10 minutes, driving to any of the great spots to ride. Very close to any amenities you might need like restaurants or gas or groceries. Also great local knowledge from the owner who also rides. Has to be one of the better travel experiences in my recent memory by recent I mean 10 years or so. Just really great and you felt well taken care of and secure.
