  I have nothing to say about this hotel, but amazing. The staff was top-notch customer service and the rooms were spotlessly clean. If you are in the Bentonville area, I highly recommend you checking out this hotel for your stay.

  I got a room for my family from Minnesota at Spark in Bentonville when they came to visit and Alex was so nice to them and made sure their room was just perfect for them. They told me they had a great nights sleep and said the beds were super comfortable and they appreciated that it was very clean. Thank you Alex for going over and above to make their stay feel like a home away from home.

  This has to be one of the far most worst hotels ever! In december my friends and I booked this hotel to stay and needed to move the date, but their policies are so ridiculous. "Non-refundable, non-changeable and non-cancellable" So basically they keep your money and even worse when trying to get a hold of them when calling. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! I called nonstop and NEVER ANSWERED! Sketchy hotel, weird and a scam! I don't recommend this hotel zero flexibility!

  No in room microwave or coffee pot. Fridge a wee small. Couple make a spaces for semi trucks in the way back and GM approved this. Hilton Corp is at fault for going a little cheap here. Great for us truckers, though!! The rooms are awesome. Beds pretty good. I prefer foam but that's not in any hotel that I know of lol. Breakfast, again corporate fault, is all gluten. Cereal. Bagel. Blah blah. Great commercial washer/dryer and good $. The trolleys for luggage? Scrap them!! Corp decision to bring in some triangle shaped thing lol. So, yeah.....great people, nice rooms, clean, hot water.......could use eggs and bacon and in room microwave. Def recommend!
