  Checking out tomorrow after staying here a couple of days for a work trip. Staff has been very nice and pleasant to interact with. Although hotel is pretty basic in design and ammenities, it is very clean and well kept. Hotel is located in a good location within Bentonville. Will definitely stay here again on the next trip.

  Good room for the price. But, No coffee maker in the rooms (fresh coffee in lobby 24 hrs). The desk chair in the room was extremely hard and uncomfortable to work in. And nothing warm for the free breakfast, just cereal and bagels, etc. However, the location was nice, lots to do within walking distance.

  I have to give a huge shoutout to Alex, the front desk manager, for how polite and professional she was. From my first stay, her warm and genuine personality made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. This hotel honestly surprised me — the room I stayed in was the best I’ve ever had, even compared to the Galt House in downtown Louisville and the Gaylord in Nashville. The design of the room was incredibly well thought out, spotlessly clean, and had such a modern, relaxing feel. You can tell they’ve put real care into making sure guests feel comfortable. I’ve stayed next door to this place many times while doing business in Bentonville, but this unexpected find has completely earned my loyalty going forward. Since meeting Alex the first time, I’ve stayed here once more and had the same great experience with friendliness and cleanliness both times. Absolutely love this place!

  I had a great experience at Spark Hotel thanks to Jonathan at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make my check-in smooth and stress-free by texting me my check-in information ahead of time, which was incredibly convenient. Jonathan was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly reflected excellent customer service and made my stay start off on a very positive note. Spark Hotel is lucky to have him!
