  The hotel has a bike valet that allows you to keep your bike inside and safe instead of on the back of your vehicle. This makes sense since they do not have their own private parking area, so we used valet for our vehicle too. The workout room was awesome! There's a garage door you can open up to let the fresh air inside. There are a couple of bikes, treadmills, a rowing machine, a fine selection of free weights, mats, bosu ball, medicine balls and a multi functioning weight machine. Towels and water provided along with sanitary cleaning cloths. As others have reviewed the rooms are tiny with the shower door opening up into the room and a door to the toilet that opens up into the room as well. It's a little bit claustrophobic for me. There is a mini refrigerator and great lighting but no coffee machine. There also isn't ice and apparently the bar isn't allowed to give you ice as the bartender told me to ask at the front desk which took 10 minutes to get a ice bucket full since the front desk clerk had guests to check in and phone calls to take. The lobby was abuzz with chattering business folks spread out with papers and laptops everywhere. A chaotic, noisy work environment instead of a relaxed mountain biker vibe like I was expecting. It's a great location within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Crystal bridges are just a short walk away and using the hotel as a biking base camp worked. Hilton should build another hotel downtown with bigger rooms catering to bikers:)

  Mario the best valet I ever had very nice and respectful kind and good driving some of the best service I had and a amazing person to have on your team your hotel doing great and part of that has to do with your valet team Landon too they have been my favorite part of staying there was their friendly face

  Going to pay a pretty penny for this one, well worth it. Everyone working there was friendly. Plenty of food and activities within walking distance. Or just eat in. Wow their food is top notch.

  An exceptional boutique hotel that understands true European style — small footprint, huge intention. Every inch is beautifully designed and functional, with comfort, sustainability, and charm in perfect balance. Having managed a similar property myself, I can say this one gets it exactly right. 🤌😙

  Small but functional rooms. The hotel is very clean and the people were very friendly. Coffee shop was great and easily accessible. Motto is located in a great walkable area. My only gripe would be the lighting in the room, which took a good amout of time to figure out how to turn everything on/off. Overall I was very happy with this hotel and would def recommend it.
