Enjoy art and the outdoors at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary, 10 minutes away. Walmart HQ and downtown Bentonville are also 10 minutes from us. With nearly 4,000 sq. ft. of event space, our hotel is great for meetings.

At the Element hotel, they not only give free water bottles but also a happy hour with complimentary wine and cheese every weeknight! Tiny fitness room. No real half and half (cream) with coffee in the morning.

To resolve the issue I was seeking a $10 credit or points equivalent to address this. The lady at the front desk was very rude “you come up to me at 7 am about this!”. I’m sorry that it happens to be 7 am and you have to be at work…. This could have been handled very easily with simply a little bit of kindness. To the guest service employee: if you don’t like your job or being here at 7 am; find another job.

High tech check in, I was able to use the app to check in and unlock my door! My only complaint was the sliding door to the bathroom that didn’t lock, not cool, I’ve pee’d on trees with more privacy
