Very nice hotel with great parking/security and extremely clean/comfortable rooms. Was just in town for a quick weekend, but the room was exceptional.

I just really enjoyed my stay! As a local laundry whip, I travel frequently, in this case meeting commercial clients. The lobby here was charming. It has different seat types, so you feel cozy and at home. The front desk was so warm and friendly, even if they are Cowboys fans! The room, the one bedroom suite, worked awesome for zoom calls and meetings. Strong Internet, modern, and comfortable. Enjoyed it here.

By far the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was extremely beautiful, the staff were phenomenal, and the breakfast was superb! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!! Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing Thanksgiving weekend.

Great experience except for one thing. My only complaint was the shower in Room 106 only had really hot water and scalding hot water, nothing else. The staff said they were aware, and could only suggest we turn the handle between the blue dot and Delta on the hardware, which only gave us really hot water.
We were here for ten days.
We had a room for the disabled because I am.
Pros: Comfortable bed, nicely designed room, well-supplied kitchenette, quiet location on the back side, nice breakfast variety. Front desk has many personal items and food items available for purchase. My daughter enjoyed the gym and indoor pool.
Cons: Faulty shower, no towel bars for wet towels, polyester sheets, weird gel pillows.

Let me first start off by say that the hotel was VERY busy and LOUD. Between the softball player, baseball player, kids playing football in the back parking lot and bikers. Oh and a convention. Parking was push to its max as well. Location is great. Super close to downtown.
Our room was clean…for the most part. It just seemed like they ran out of steam by the time they got to the kitchen/bathroom part of the room. The bed was clean. The carpet was clean. The bathroom was kinda clean. The microwave was not clean. The tile was kind of sticky. Some of the drinking glasses were dirty. The shower was clean from the top to the middle but the bottom needed some cleaning.
The breakfast situation was extremely chaotic as well. With only two waffle makers for a pack hotel and the silverware is right under the said waffle makers, making it even more inconvenient. You could tell the staff was also overwhelmed with a situation that was out of their control.
The pool was way too hot. Almost like a hot tub. And they use the same tile that is found in the rooms. Making it extremely slippery and standing water is literally everywhere! It’s not a safe situation at all and probably something that should be taken care of. It’s just a matter of time before someone gets hurt.
