- SVSarah ValentineDec 1, 20255.0Close to the interstate but far enough that you cant hear it from the rooms! Close to plenty of good restaurants and downtown is only 10 miles away. I slept very comfortably and would come back! Hotel was nearly empty so no noise issues there either.

- LLLaurenOct 19, 20252.0Worst experience we have had and worst hotel. The halls and room smelled. The bathroom had hairs all of the counter when we got there, there was mold all in the bathroom, the AC barely worked in our room so it was SO hot, and the front desk ran our card 4 times, and locked my card because of potential fraud. They argued with me that they didn’t run the amount on the first day and just the “incidental” about which was not true and I showed him proof. Didn’t matter, he still told me I was wrong. Also charged a pet fee for our service dog and when we reminded him that he was a service dog we got snapped out he said he had already put it back. We will never be coming back to this one. **EDIT TO ADD** We were charged a fee because our service dog shed on a piece of furniture. This does not constitute as damage and damage is the only thing a service animal can be charged for, which did not happen. Just another way registered service animals are scrutinized. Should probably inform people w/ service animals that they should expect a charge for their dog shedding. ALSO this hotel told corporate that the service dog went through the lobby multiple times without his vest on. Service dogs are NOT required to have one on!
