Front desk staff generally pleasant. Not offered cookies at check in although daily plate on front desk counter. No complimentary breakfast typical of Garden Inns.
- JFjames fitchOct 10, 20251.0This place is awful. We reserved a room online a week before we arrived and when we got there, they told us that they were overbooked for king bed rooms. We ended up with a two queen room. We should’ve just asked for our reservation to be canceled and gone and stayed at the Hampton Inn. The TV in the room didn’t work and had to be repaired. The food that I got for dinner in the restaurant was inedible. The gym is missing several of the dumbbell weights, which makes it impossible to actually work out. The dryer does not work so that after a full cycle, our clothes were still completely wet as if they hadn’t been dried at all. We’ve stayed at five other Hilton properties heading across the country on this trip and this place is by far the most expensive and the worst place to stay.
