- BBBeach BumOct 26, 20253.0The room was very clean but small for a suite. The hotel overall appears a bit dated. The location is close enough to restaurants but a 30 minute commute for Razorback game day. The complementary coffee and creamer in the lobby was empty the entire weekend. Even in the morning when you would expect it to be fresh and updated. We stayed here for convenience of airport shuttle and the usual services Hilton provides. When I asked staff about refilling coffee or the complementary waters normally provided I received an attitude. Unfortunately they also ended up having no shuttle service for our airport return requiring us to use uber. We won’t be staying at this hotel again.
