  Stay often in business. I was given a room for folks with limited mobility. As a caregiver for an elderly relative, I was quite impressed with the room. The room was extra large, the bathroom was large, the shower was excellent, a shower chair was in bathroom for use. The shower head moved up and down and also adjusted sprays. Be aware water does get HOT. The bed was low enough to allow someone ease if they have to move from a wheelchair to bed. The bed was not waist high like a lot of hotel room beds are. Larger refrigerator was provided. Room also had microwave.

  My stay here was fantastic! ✨ The rooms were incredibly comfortable and stylish, making for a perfect retreat. 🛌 The service was top-notch, always friendly and helpful. Plus, the location couldn't be better. Highly recommend! 💯

  Friendly and accommodating staff. Reliable transportation. Breakfast was OK. Nothing I would be missing if I didn't wake up for it. Coffee in room was decent, better than most in room coffee. HOWEVER, getting a coffee to go downstairs....whatever machine that was...coffee was like mud. Fresh brewed or anything would have been better! That was gross.

  The location is good, with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is nearly impossible to make a left turn from the parking lot onto the very busy road at certain times of the day. I mostly opted to turn right and then follow the gps. I booked an accessible room because my husband requires handrails in the bathroom. The bathroom was indeed loaded with handrails in the tub and at the toilet. It also had a shower chair and a handheld shower. Other accessible amenities included a lowered clothes rack in the closet and a furniture article I was unsure of but I think it could be an adult changing table. The HVAC worked great and could be controlled by a thermostat on the wall near the sofa or at the heater/ac itself. Breakfast offerings were nice overall, though I would have enjoyed some fresh fruit offerings. Our room did not face the busy road so we had quiet nights' sleep. All the staff I interacted with were very pleasant. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because the toilet in our room just wouldn't expel everything when flushed. I requested a plunger at the front desk when we went down for breakfast and they said they'd send one up. When we returned to our room, I tested the toilet and it still was not emptying all the way. I was kinda desperate to use it, but waited another 15 minutes or so. When no one came with a plunger, I went down the hall to where the cleaning ladies were with their cart and asked if they had a plunger I could borrow. I had to demonstrate what I needed (which was actually fun) as I don't know the Spanish word for plunger, and she happily gave me one. It did the job and I returned it. Someone from maintenance did show up at the door with a plunger about a half hour later. The only other problem with our room was the humongous dip in the mattress on one side of the king size bed. It was on Hubs' side and he never complained but it would have driven me nuts.

  The windows provide little sound insulation. So, I would not recommend a road-side room, like rooms 200-205 (we had 205) if you don't like to listen to road noise way into sleeping hours. Breakfast was better than average for the price of the room. Staff were friendly.
