    BEWARE BED BUGS. Do not stay here. Found live bed bug in my bed and sustained over 20 bites all over my body. Hotel claiming no responsibility and refusing to provide any compensation for lost property and damages. Even IHG corporate scapegoating saying there is nothing they can do. NEVER STAY HERE. It is not worth your pain and suffering

    Better than a Four Star, but not quite a Five Star.The price was very reasonable and the included free breakfast was your regular fare. More than enough to fill your belly and start your day. Several restaurants in walking distance and a short drive to The Amp. I'll definitely stay there again.

    Location hard to get in and out of. There’s also no awning on the location. So hard to drop off or load in the rain. The rain isn’t their fault. I get it. But the lack of a drop off option was frustrating. Staff is great. Rooms a utilitarian and clean. Gym was above average for a hotel of that price range
