Upon checking in SAVANA is by far a TRUE customer service representative and probably doesnt belong to this foreign owned hotel!! She took the time to tell us where everything was in the area. I know for a fact that this is a franchised building and ran by the cheapest of the cheapest!!! Owner probably should have invested in a motel 6 (yes 6) since those are the standards they are trying to achieve. The towels are smaller and thinner than dollar general! The glass shower must have been shattered because a curtain was hung up thats too short for the shower leaving us to clean up water!!! Breakfast was the cheapest I have ever encountered at a AVID!!! They apparently think Americans only eat pork as they ONLY had crumbled bacon! No bacon slices, no sausage, no links and nothing turkey! Eggs were gone, oatmeal was gone and all fruit was old! Juices are watered down!! This was at 7:45am!!!!! As we drank coffee other customers were complaining but front desk said thats all they offer!!! I know for a fact they are to abide by the standards of AVID and this hotel will be reported!!! 1st time here and last! I have pictures but apprently this hotel took out the option for those! And we know why!

Hotel claiming no responsibility and refusing to provide any compensation for lost property and damages. Even IHG corporate scapegoating saying there is nothing they can do. NEVER STAY HERE. It is not worth your pain and suffering
