- MWMichael Warhurst3 days ago5.0We lost our home to fire Christmas morning,,,, our church family and friends paid for us to stay here until we found a apt,,,,, I worked 38 years on the RR going to Memphis and Chattanooga,,,, stayed in a lot of motels,,,, i can truly say this not just the rooms or the lots but the staff,,,, everyone here from ladies that put out the breakfast,,, to the ladies at front desk,,, all the.maids and then young man that vacuum hall floors and lobby were so friendly and so caring ,,, greatest staff ever ,,,, I I knew high up at Best Western I would tell them they should give this Staff a bonus,,,,, I know God has got this and made sure we are being well taken care of !! The rooms are always clean, and the staff is always extremely helpful and nice. Today I was helped by Casey at the front desk, and Shawn in the breakfast and lounge area. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Shoals area.
