The rooms are always clean, and the staff is always extremely helpful and nice. Today I was helped by Casey at the front desk, and Shawn in the breakfast and lounge area. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Shoals area.

Receptionist sat talking to a guy in lobby all afternoon. 2 queen room one bed had a comforter other just a couple sheets and random blanket. Hard beds. Breakfast is decent and property has potential, but is obvious a lot of issues are slipping through the cracks. I wouldn't recommend it at this point.
