  Huey was fantastic! We found ourselves in a last-minute bind, and he came through with a room without hesitation. He was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re really looking forward to our stay!

  I had a very good stay this past weekend, rooms were cheaper compared to other hotels in town. Breakfast was great, I loved the bacon and danishes that were available. And ZaCaria went above and beyond making sure we had extra sheets and pillows for our room when we requested. Thank you guys for the wonderful stay!

  Upon booking 2/3 rooms the man who claims to be the owner was very rude. As we were on the phone reserving the room he was telling me that his payment system was acting up and a payment for one room was applied. I proceeded to tell him that I just received 2 payment notifications via my phone and he goes to tell me hes not interested in that and I swallowed my tongue because I realized he was overwhelmed I guess. In the end we confirmed everything and we are booked . Here comes time to arrive he calls our phone telling us that we didn’t make a payment and that rooms are almost booked when we have proof of payment. In my defense respectfully I go to tell him that I tried explaining to him of my payments notifications previously and he instantly goes off the handle and says to me get another hotel I don’t need yo energy and cancels our rooms, agreed No problem. However customer service before arriving was terrible I do not recommend. FYI best western corporation will not support their customer complaints. Probably explains his ignorance.

  This is an amazing place to stay. The service was absolutely amazing. Huey with the front desk was amazing he was so helpful over the phone when I called to request a room. All of the rooms were booked online but Huey made arrangements for me a room and gave me the best deal ever around. If you have to call make sure you ask for Huey he will do you right with deals and very nice.

  I had a great stay at this hotel! Ben was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
