  Pros: Easy access from I-20 Cracker Barrel right next door Low prices Nice staff Cons: Dirty, very dirty Housekeeping needs to be fired or at the least, educated. Bathroom was the worst, I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up, the towel was black. The soap scum in the shower is ridiculous. The overhead light didn’t work so I was taking dark showers. Tissues were never refilled. The reception area has been dirty since I arrived. The windows in the door are so dirty you can barely see through them. The same dirt streaks in the floor have been there for two days. There was trash along the side of the building(visible from the parking area). The free breakfast was laughable, it appears they put out a certain amount and then never restock. By 8 am there were only 3 pieces of bread left, the same at 9am. The buffet consisted of potatoes, flat eggs, sausage links, sausage gravy and biscuits. Fruit loops, a bran cereal and that was it. No yogurt or oatmeal, no bacon or waffles. I didn’t try the coffee or juices. I was afraid to eat anything because of the lack of cleanliness I found throughout this hotel. I won’t stay again, cleanliness is worth the extra cost of different lodging.

  We had a great visit at SureStay this week. The room was great very clean. Bed very comfortable. Extremely quiet even though it was close to the interstate. Staff was great from reservation, check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay

  I had the worst experience here. I had a 3 night stay. On the first night I had to deal with the air conditioner not working. I had to unplug and plug it back in on multiple occasions. I wasn’t much bothered until my last night. I woke up in the middle of the night to bed bugs. The bites woke me up out of my sleep and I immediately went to looking through the sheets because I could feel the multiple areas where I had been bitten. I found multiple bedbugs and immediately packed my things and checked out through the front desk. The person on overnight had told me they would relay my message but when I had called back to check on the matter it seemed as no communication had been done. I told them that I did not kill the bugs but instead immediately vacated. I have yet to get in contact with management and I am being told that I will have to wait another day just to even have a response from management. I haven’t even had the chance to discuss a refund or accommodation to any degree. Horrible stay, would not recommend.

  I had a really great stay here! It’s close to the highway and restaurants. We had some problems with our booking but Huey at the front desk really too great care of me and my husband. The breakfast as well was phenomenal, as they had so many great varieties. I recommend anyone that’s visiting Tuscaloosa AL to stay here for your trip. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
