Not only was it clean, every single staff member was incredibly generous, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant and bar area is great and there’s a decent sized outdoor patio up there. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. A special shoutout to Verdie and Dee - they were some of the best hotel bartender staff I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond for us at the bar and were super welcoming to us and our dogs! I even left my purse at the bar by accident and Verdie came all the down to the yard in front of the hotel to run it out to me. I am so sad we are not driving through the same way back home because I would love to stay here again. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Book with them!!

Throughout our meal, Elliot was consistently attentive, ensuring our drinks were refilled and checking in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. His friendly demeanor and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend asking for Elliot if you visit The Lookout — you won't be disappointed!

I was helped by Alanna and Annalise who speedily brought my food and drinks right out to me as well as Verdie the bartender who was so sweet. A nice environment and a great place to get some great food and rest up from a long day of traveling.

Not only was the hotel beautifully decorated, they also offer a gorgeous view of the Riverwalk as well as a restaurant on-site. In addition, the service was wonderful. LaKorya, I believe I am spelling her name right, was so helpful and courteous. My mom and I had a late check-in but she made us feel welcome. Whenever I called down and asked LaKorya for something she was able to assist me. We stayed during the winter break so there weren't a lot of people around which was nice. We were able to pull right up to front entrance, which is great for my elderly mother and parking was free. We will certainly be back again.

The rooms were very clean and the view from our room was amazing. The staff was all round helpful, but especially Kennae. She was awesome! Kennae was very personable and it made my family and I’s day just talking to her. The rooftop bar experience as a whole was great as well. This was our second time staying here and we plan on being back when our son graduates in May!
