Great rooms, excellent facilities, and maybe the best breakfast I've ever had(that I didn't pay for). This will be my hotel of choice when staying in Tuscaloosa. Keep up the good work!
- APA POct 22, 20251.0I don’t know much about the room or the location. However I can speak on service and friendliness. The front desk clerk MADISON was very rude on the phone. She needs to find another occupation because hospitality is NOT for her. I called today October 22 10:30 Alabama time 11:30 Indiana time. She answered the phone and did attempt to assist me but she wasn’t hearing what all I was asking, so I asked to just speak with Felicia who is the manager. She told me to call back after 1pm and then hung up on me. I called back to get her name and Felicia surprisingly answered and gave me her name. I explained to her what happened and I then requested to cancel my reservation. Nobody deserves to be talked to any type of way. I’m coming to Alabama for a funeral and we are all under the weather. Horrible customer service by Madison, she needs to work in housekeeping
