My family and I really appreciated the great customer service we received at this location. Frayncie at the front desk was amazing and very considerate. My sister really enjoyed the breakfast and seemed to form a fast friendship with the breakfast attendant. The only drawback was the distance the room was from the elevator for handicapable individuals. Even the accessible rooms are a long distance from the elevators. Beyond that, I would easily recommend staying here.

Great location and the front desk attendants were nice. The breakfast was poor, limited selection and low stock of what was available. The bed was creaking with the slightest move but my biggest issue seems like a little thing. I wanted to pick up a quick snack late that night. A Coke and small bag of chips cost $10 from their little market. Would have cost half that at overpriced convenient stores but they had to double down. I agree they should make money, but that’s ridiculous. Not only will I not buy from their market again but I will change hotel chains. Too many other options out there for them to take advantage like this. See ya Hilton.

Good location but I stayed for an extended period and I’ve never experienced such terrible room cleaning. The only thing that would be “refreshed” was bedding. Sometimes the dirty laundry and bedding would be left behind by the cleaners on the ground. The basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap etc would never get refilled and don’t even think about getting your floors vacuumed or mopped- even if you’re staying there for several weeks!

Booked through Priceline. Hotel refused to honor the reservation that had been paid in advance unless I paid more money. They said they were unable to get the full amount paid through Priceline. Not sure if this is Priceline’s fault or the hotel, but I have never had this happen anywhere else.

I’ve found my new favorite hotel in Tuscaloosa! This past summer my family and I hosted our reunion in Tuscaloosa and Shameka (Sales Rep) worked for a different hotel, which was also very nice. Because she was so responsive and accommodating, I knew to call her when our Women’s Ministry decided to host our retreat in town… This time she was at a different hotel H2S… once again she came through and made sure that we had the best rates and accommodations! This hotel has a stellar staff! Shameka, along with Donald and Mae, and Nicholas went above and beyond to make our retreat a success! We have decided that we are ready to book it for next year! 🫶🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽
