- DDDDec 19, 20252.0Rooms seem to just be quick cleaned. The pillows inside the pillow cover were very dingy. All white bedding but there was gray and black fuzz on the middle comforter. Sheets slip off of bed. Edges of room not vacuumed.

The room smelled damp and musty, and then I found a thing of damp rid on top of the armoire. The breakfast was basically an edible because all the food was lukewarm even though I came down 15 minutes after it was opened. Had to bring my own coffee cup down because there were no paper cups. Had to empty the dishwasher so I could wash my dirty dishes. No bathmat and used a hand towel to substitute. When I went down to the lobby at night, I almost got knocked over by children having a birthday party and when I asked Cedric if he could ask them to be a little more respectful, he told me there was nothing he could do because it was a common area. I’m so glad I work at a Marriott property because this would never happen

When I explained that I had another long drive ahead of me and needed to have a good night's sleep and some peace and quiet, Cedric made certain I had the most comfortable room that was in the calmest part of the building. He was a lifesaver! I'll recommend this place to everyone!

The location couldn't be better, right next to the best restaurants and shops, and an easy walk to the stadium. The staff was amazing and welcomed us with snacks. The rooms were huge, all the amenities, and super clean. The shower especially was amazing. This and the AC Marriott are far and away the best hotels in the area.
