    Most definitely THE BEST OF THE BEST. From the time I walked in the doors until I walked out. 10/10 Ondre was amazing! The sales representative the next morning topped it off. Thank you for an excellent staff!

    Nothing short of AMAZING! Staff could not have been better, friendly, helpful and always checking to make sure our stay was the best! I come to Tuscaloosa several times a year and I won’t stay anywhere else! A++ I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

    This has got to be the best hotel we have stayed at. We are on a girls trip for 2 weeks stopped here for the night on are way home to oklahoma. Andrea was exceptional. Everyone there was amazing best service I've every had. I would highly recommend this hotel

    Andre and team were simply fantastic! I have been on an extended trip and staying each night in a different hotel and this hotel and crew are the best! I can’t say enough about how welcoming and professional this crew was! I highly recommend a stay at this particular hotel, you won’t regret it!

    I would like to take the time out to say thank you to Ondre. His customer service was absolutely amazing. I came in on January 4th for an overnight stay on my way traveling from Maryland to Mississippi. On January 5th that morning, Ondre explained all of the perks to me as I’m a Gold member and that I was not aware of also when I came in on that evening both of the ladies that worked that night were also absolutely amazing. I cannot thank that Hotel staff I encountered enough for making my stay comfortable, but Andre really stuck out here with his customer. Service, knowledge, and compassion was absolutely amazing. Thanks, Ondre.
