    It was so quiet and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and orderly as well! Stayed here by myself and felt very safe and comfortable.

    I have to say of all the hotels I have been too and my first Hilton stay, this hotel is the most humble experience I have ever had. Our truck broke down on the interstate about 30 mins away. Our sweet tow guy was nice enough to drive our truck on the bed, me, my husband, our daughter and 2 grandbabies to pep boys and then graciously to here. As it was 4 am and checkout is at 11, the lady at the front desk moved our stay to tonight with an early check-in so we had comfort in having a place to stay. Not knowing breakfast wasnt complementary I packed up food for the 2 year old twins and then came back for food for my husband and I and then realized breakfast wasnt free. The ladies that were serving told me it was on the house today because they heard what had happened. While in the room we got a call from family about my MIL not doing well and to prepare ourselves. We have no phone chargers as everything we have is in the broken down truck. I make a mad dash down to the lobby and ask the man at the front desk if he knew if the gas station sold chargers before I walked all the way there. He happily let us borrow a charger. After running in and out, taking calls, coming back into the room, I let me myself tear up for the 30 second ride in the elevator. There were 2 employees in the elevator that consoled me and I was able to put myself back together before I walked into my room. Every person we walked by and came across all where in a great mood and said good morning with a smile. You could really tell everyone here thoroughly love their job. It was much needed and appreciated after the last 6 hours my family has had. We dont live around here but if I ever need a place to stay in Tuscaloosa again, I am coming here. And I normally stay at Fairfield anywhere else I go but now will be a Hilton stayer!

    From the moment we arrived, the experience felt genuinely welcoming. Ondre at the service desk was incredibly helpful and kind, setting the tone right away with his professionalism and warmth. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere, and the holiday treats were such a thoughtful touch. During the holiday night shift, the housekeeping lady went above and beyond—extra attentive, thoughtful, and truly kind-hearted, which did not go unnoticed. The night service desk lady was also a pleasure to speak with; calm, friendly, and very helpful in guiding us through the hotel, as well as offering great recommendations for spots around town. The care and attentiveness from the staff, especially during the holiday season, made our stay feel both comfortable and memorable. A truly lovely experience.
