Hyperextended my knee on their tiling, horrible service, called three times with no response to tell them we would be late and when we got there there was nobody at the front desk, called AGAIN to no avail and we had to yell twice just to get some lazy lady with AirPods to give us our room key. Also it was a ghost hotel, saw 4 people the whole time
