We booked via a third party and when we checked in we did not get the room we were expecting. I was unnecessarily sassy and Ms. Kim could not have been any better. She fixed us up with grace and kindness. I apologized to her, but I should have acted that way to begin with. Thank you to Ms. Kim and the rest of the staff for a clean, organized, and beautiful stay. Roll Tide.
