But I was awaken by the blaring sound of the fire alarm system and guest walking out with their luggage, because they were unsure. No real explanation was provided until it was demanded by another firm guest. However, It made for a horrible start to my morning and my day! My nerves are recked and I have to continue my day. With no regards to the inconvenience, not even an explanation, they kindly slid my bill under the door as the alarm continued to blaze. 🤷🏽♀️. Then, as I left the building there was no staff present. Oh well. Thanks Trussville.

They had installed some kind of night light plug outlet that flashed like a bright yellow strobe light on amphetamines all night long and COULD NOT turn it off. The wall in the shower had a piece broken off and they just put some screws in it to hold it on. Miserable experience. Do yourself a favor and find a Hilton owned property...they would never!
