  A hotel is a hotel right... wrong... very nice and hospitable. It's all about the staff above and beyond.

  Had a reservation for a month. Our newborn baby got sick this week. I called them and Priceline called them to see if we could cancel. I didn’t even want a full refund just not to pay the full $200. Priceline called and said they talked to the front desk and the manager refused. I called and he confirmed. Also that $200 only gets you 2 beds for less than 24 hours (3 PM - 11 AM) . Also, why would I still cancel a reservation without a refund? So you can make money twice off the same room? If I gotta pay it can sit empty. I was born at night….

  We have stayed here many times and have been pleased with the rooms. Recently we booked a room and were no longer able to make the trip. 7 days prior to our reservation we tried cancelling for a refund through the Hilton App but were unsuccessful. We also contacted the hotel twice that day but no one answered the phone. We called back the following day and were told to call back the next day and speak with a manager. We did that and the person there (not a manager) said that they could not refund our stay since we were now within the 7 day cancellation period. We emphatically stated we tried numerous times to call and cancel but nobody the phone at the hotel. I called back the following day to speak with a manager and there was not one there. Austin took a message and said the manager would call me back the following day and I never received a call. I called back and spoke with someone there today who said the manager was not in and that he was sorry but there is nothing that they can do since we didn't cancel within the 7 day cancellation window. I'm not sure what else we could have done to cancel this reservation. I'm extremely disappointed in how this hotel and lack of management handled this situation. We don't plan to stay here again.

  I’ve stayed here several times. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms are always pristine. Check in/out is a breeze with digital keys. This is a great spot if you are visiting your college student in Troy!

  Our room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
