The first thing they did wrong was charging me double for essentials. My card was then charged $260.80, and I booked through priceline, and they are now denying the charges when I have proof.

The hotel was in a great spot. Breakfast was actually fantastic both mornings I stayed.
Unfortunately, the evening staff could care less about your existence if you're trying to check in. YOU WILL NEVER SEE SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK PAST 11am and they tell you check out is at noon but the key cards stop working way before then so be aware if you're staying alone. The room was dated with the furniture but did have tv,fridge, and coffee maker (which didn't even have cups in the room, guess you have to go ask the staff that you can't find for those). Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in while at a hotel, heck I've slept in motel bads better than those. Pillows were AWFUL, definitely regret not bringing my own pillows. Also almost every metal surface including the bathroom trash can had rust spots, not really concerning, just weird. Lastly, the water in the hotel felt slimy, especially during a shower.
Would ONLY recommend this hotel because breakfast was included and the price was better than nearby hotels, however if you can stretch just a little more DEFINITELY stay at the courtyard next door.

"Please contact me directly at the email or phone number below if there is anything we can do for you. We hope to welcome you back soon."
