My mom was taking a call in the pool area and Aaron came over to inform her that the area was closed. During this encounter, Aaron asked my mom if she could read (as if there was a visible sign indicating that the pool was closed, there was not). This is where the disrespect began. Being that she was in the pool area, because it was unlocked and accessible without an obvious sign of it’s closure, this comment was unwarranted and unnecessary. While disregarding his comment, my mom started to return to the breakfast area, however Aaron continued to make unprovoked comments toward her. This prompted an intense back and forth between Aaron and other members of my family. Aaron continued to threaten calling his “Pops” to come and “handle us.” His behavior was simply uncalled for. Ultimately, the police was called and my family was asked to leave. This is extremely unfortunate and disappointing. My family was looking forward to spending time with our loved ones during Thanksgiving and this encounter diminished our overall experience.
