    Was here for business and originally had my room blocked since we had many people from the company there for a week. Due to a late flight I came in the day after I was supposed to check in but they hadn't blocked my room for some reason and just cancelled my cancelation. Had to reschedule a booking for only 3 days and then they told me to go elsewhere for the other days, when originally I had my room blocked. Not to mention that there were stink bugs in every single room, especially in the bathroom.

    What started off as horrible service ended in a horrible experience. What seemed like almost an hour for a lady named wonda to check me in she finally gave me a room 121. Not even in the room long enough to take a shower she’s BEATING on the room door. Bear in mind it’s 4AM! I’m sure people are trying to sleep. Luckily another employee that was with me was not far behind me catches her ear up to the door as he’s walking to the room! She’s threatening to call the police because my card “didn't work”! thats because you wrote the number down on paper instead of having me swipe it like normal. It’s a business that I use EVERYDAY! If having someone’s ear up to my door, Having my business cards number wrote down, and then having the police threaten on me wasn’t weird enough. The shower head sprays you in the face when you turn it on because it’s long overdue for a replacement. The room smelled like absolute mildew and had my significant other waking up not feeling well. 10/10 would not come here and hope i never have to again.

    The place was clean but I don’t like the spell they spray for a freshener and the AC was very noisy. The little breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful
