Unfortunately, had billing issues that took more than 3 weeks and required multiple calls to IHG customer service to escalate. Hotel management is unresponsive. The entire experience was exhauating. The only staff member worth even talking to is Corey. Our extreme thanks to Corey for finally helping with resolution.

The staff is what made this place beyond exceptional! The lady greeting us at our late evening check in had the best personality, friendly and upbeat! Checking out the gentleman was very kind and friendly. The grab and go bags at breakfast are a nice touch!
- JHJacqueline HunleyDec 1, 20251.0Good day My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was not an great experience. My daughter and grandkids check in on Thanksgiving day. Once we checked into the room we noticed the bedspreads were dirty and stained. We told the gentleman at the front desk that the bed spreads were dirty and the gentleman had housekeeping to change the spreads. We left to go have dinner with family members and when we returned late in the evening to take a shower the water in the shower was cold. My daughter and I left the water running for a few minutes and the water still was cold. We had to take quick showers in cold water and its November. The towels were hard to the face and body and very scratchy. I called the front desk on 11/28 and asked to speak to the manager to report the dirty spreads, hard towels cold water and the dirty carpet. I was told the manger would give me a call and I still have not received a call. The overall staff was nice especially the lady that set up the breakfast but the overall visit was not good. I was very disappointed with the room it was very uncomfortable
- SHSherry HNov 19, 20253.0The room felt clean on the surface but once you turn the lights on, you can see several areas that are severely neglected. There were dead bugs and food on the floor, a mystery stain on one of the pillowcases, more mystery stains on the walls, and the walls in the bathroom are cracking. The hot water took about 5 minutes to get going and my tub drain was so slow that my shower turned into a calf bath. This hotel is in a great location close to shops and food but if housekeeping doesn't do a deep clean and the rooms don't recieve TLC soon, it won't be worth the stay.
